Ed Cashin
  Ed Cashin has enjoyed over 26 years in the health/fitness industry.
  He is the co-founder of Exceed Physical Culture and the founder and president of Truth Training.
  Ed splits his time programming and coaching classes and private clients and developing strength and conditioning retreats to Costa Rica, Nicaragua,
  Puerto Rico, Montauk, and Hamptons.

James Kennedy
  James Kennedy has been in the fitness industry for close to 8 years. He co-founded B-East Studio in East Hampton, New York.
  Jim was the lead instructor for Exceed Physical Culture in East Hampton, New York.
  He is currently head of development and lead instructor at Truth Training Inc. in East Hampton, New York.
  Jim is one of the most influential trainers in the functional fitness industry, his methods and modalities are being used by trainers and studios throughout
  Long Island and New York City.

Caroline Cashin
  Caroline has been a competitive athlete for over 13 years. She has competed in and won many mountain bike races and off-road duathlons.
  As an endurance athlete Caroline understands the importance of strength training as a critical component of any training program.
  She believes strength will increase an athlete’s performance in all sports.
  Certifications: StrongFirst Level 1, Strongfirst Level 2 TRX, Real Rider, IKFF (kettlebell)
Sinead Fitzgibbon
  Sinéad has been practicing as an orthopedic and sports physical therapist since 1991, helping her athletes/patients navigate the path between rehabilitation
  and return-to-sport.
  She is a competitive athlete in multiple sports: swimming, biking multiple disciplines (road, MTB, CX, Tri-), distance running, and more recently open water
  rowing. She particularly enjoys using the tools for strength development with athletes of all ages and stages of recovery.
  Certifications: Rowing (ucanrow2), Kettlebell IKFF and SFG I, USATF coach, USAC coach/bikefit.
Natalia Poggi
  Natalia was born in Buenos Aires,  Argentina and has been an athlete her whole life.
  Her athletic career led her to a career in the fitness industry.
  Moving to America in 2001 she quickly dove in to dance, step, TRX, kettlebell and other components of the functional fitness movement.  
  Natalia brings 20 years of experience and knowledge to Truth Training’s highly qualified group of instructors.
Harvey O' Brien
  An East Hampton resident involved in physical fitness for over twenty years. He is firm believer in functional fitness and strength training.
  Rowing, TRX, box jumps, jump rope and med balls etc are all integral parts of his training routines.
  However his primary focus is on kettlebell and barbell strength. 
  Harvey believes strength fixes everything and fully agrees with Truth Training’s motto of ‘Never Abandon your Strength’.
  In addition he handles back office operations for Truth Training.
  Strongfirst SFG1 and SFL certified.
Lisa Farbar
Lisa is a former gymnast and has been a personal trainer for 30 years, working in NYC and the Hamptons.
Lisa is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach at East Hampton High School and designs programs for individual athletes and teams.
Her certifications include TRX, Pilates ACSM and ASFA.
Janeen DeFina
Janeen was the fitness manager at Gurneys Montauk, teaching a variety of classes from Spinning to water aerobics. She now teaches indoor cycling at Flywheel. Certified in AFAA Group exercise, kettlebells and TRX.
Aubrey Lampkin
Aubrey has taught yoga 10 years, currently based in New York City and East Hampton. She customizes her classes to the individual or group keeping them light-hearted and accessible to all. Aubrey also trains in cross-fit and HIIT and believes that her gym work along with the yoga is the ideal fitness combination.
Antoine Waldo
Antoine is a certified personal trainer, boxing coach and functional strength coach in the Hamptons and NYC.

His training approach is based on functional movement patterns. His first objective is injury prevention, next is keeping the body healthy by increasing flexibility, mobility, and strength while correcting any asymmetries.

Antoine believes training programs should be design to elicit the optimum and adaptive response appropriate for the sport or activity being trained for. That means a strong focus on balance, stability, strength, agility, mobility, and speed. His goal is to help clientele achieve better overall health and performance.
