Truth Training in East Hampton, NY is the Hampton's premier strength and elite functional fitness center. Workouts are based on strength and conditioning incorporating kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX, jump rope, medicine balls, bosu balls, rowing machines, sleds and plyo-boxes.

 

Classes are in a high-energy group atmosphere to really push yourself to achieve your fitness goals.

 

In addition, one-on-one sessions are available on request to fine tune and bring you to that next level.

 

Truth Training also holds retreats, boot camps, standup paddle boarding tours and outings, trail runs and mountain bike tours.

On-Line Classes

We have LIVE Instagram class everyday at 9am. The classes vary from kettlebell to bodyweight to rower/bodyweight and kettlebell/bodyweight.

We also host a Zoom Strength Club class Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 8am as well as Fridays at 4:30pm. This class is a kettlebell strength series.

 

As of June 1st we will be transitioning to Live Zoom Classes. Check the Schedule for more information.

Truth Training is a strength based workout, programming and lifestyle series that involves a deep practice in foundational exercises.

 Strength training is the foundation of everything. Working with kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight and other modalities our goal is simple:
